What the audit does
AdmiScan reviews the complete admission decision: profile context, ordered choices, historical fit and gaps that could weaken the list.
Compare supported choices with verified 2025 Maharashtra CAP Round 1–3 allotment evidence.
Keep the current dataset boundary clear: government, government-aided and corporation colleges are supported; private and minority colleges are not yet represented by this audit dataset.
Compare available published standard government MBBS/BDS fee evidence with the student's entered budget.
Why AdmiScan is different
A historical rank match does not automatically mean a choice is affordable or covered by the same counselling dataset. AdmiScan keeps Maharashtra allotment category, supported government-sector coverage, historical CAP evidence and fee checks explicit.

A student assumes that every Maharashtra medical college follows the same dataset and fee structure because a government-college option appears possible near the entered NEET AIR.
The audit can keep the government-sector coverage boundary explicit and separately flag an option when its verified fee is above the student's entered budget.

The current Maharashtra audit uses NEET All India Rank with the applicable Maharashtra allotment-category context for the supported historical records.
Not in the current dataset. The supported 2025 history covers CAP Rounds 1–3 for government, government-aided and corporation colleges. Private/minority colleges and later stray rounds should not be inferred from this dataset.
Not necessarily. The audit can use the published standard government MBBS/BDS fee where verified, before category-, income-, gender- or MAHADBT-based concessions that may reduce the actual payable amount for eligible students.
No. Historical CAP data supports planning, but current rules, eligibility, seat availability, competition and your final preference order determine allotment.
