1. Admission decision support

AdmiScan analyses historical cutoffs, programme information and the details you provide. It does not guarantee admission, allotment, scholarship, visa approval, document acceptance or any counselling outcome.

Always verify final rules, dates, fees, seat matrices, category rules and application choices with the official counselling authority, institution or university.

2. Paid access

When paid access is enabled, the price, included features, audit-run limit and validity period are shown before checkout. Payment buys access to the selected AdmiScan digital service; it does not buy or reserve a college seat.

Paid access is linked to the account and plan used at checkout and begins only after AdmiScan verifies the payment or otherwise marks the entitlement as valid.

3. Data coverage and recommendations

Results depend on the counselling year, round, category, quota, seat type, rank metric and programme data available in AdmiScan. Missing data is not a rejection.

Recommended Colleges, What-If, optimizers and strategy tools are decision-support features based on available data. They should be treated as guidance, not an official allotment prediction.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate rank, category, quota, profile and programme information.
• Review official information before final option entry, locking, payment or application submission.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or unrelated files.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, payment controls or restricted systems.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share paid access in a way that violates product limits.

5. Availability and changes

Counselling rules, university information and product features can change. AdmiScan may correct data, update coverage, change prices for future purchases, or temporarily restrict a feature for maintenance or data integrity.

A change to a future price does not retroactively change an already completed purchase.

6. Refunds and digital delivery

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Delivery of paid access is digital and is described in the Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy.

Where law gives you rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights remain unaffected.

7. Liability

You remain responsible for the final application and counselling decision. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AdmiScan is not responsible for losses caused by relying on a report without checking current official information, or by incorrect data entered by the user.
