This notice explains what information AdmiScan processes, why it is needed, how payment information is handled, and how you can request correction or deletion.
Last updated: 22 August 2026
1. Information you provide
Depending on the audit, you may provide admission rank, category, quota, home state or seat region, college and programme choices, academics, test scores, work experience, budget and application preferences.
For MS or MBA audits, you may also paste text or upload application documents such as a transcript, SOP, resume/CV or LOR draft.
2. How AdmiScan uses information
AdmiScan uses the information to run the requested audit, calculate recommendation and counselling results, save reports where enabled, provide support, investigate errors, prevent abuse and improve product quality.
Historical admission data and product rules calculate cutoff-based results. AI may assist with document extraction or explanations, but it is not an official admission decision.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another displayed payment provider. AdmiScan may store payment identifiers, order identifiers, amount, plan, verification status, entitlement status, timestamps and refund/dispute information needed to operate paid access.
AdmiScan does not need to store your full card number, card CVV, UPI PIN or online-banking password. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and relevant financial networks.
4. Uploaded documents and sensitive information
Upload only documents needed for the audit. Do not upload Aadhaar, passport copies, bank statements, medical records, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive material.
Uploaded or pasted content may be processed by hosting, document-processing or AI-service providers only as needed to provide the requested feature.
5. Analytics and technical information
AdmiScan may use website analytics and hosting logs to understand page usage, device/browser type, approximate location, errors, suspicious traffic and feature performance.
Private audit content, exact payment credentials and uploaded document text should not be intentionally sent to website analytics.
6. Storage, retention and deletion
Audit and payment-related records may be retained where reasonably needed for service operation, saved reports, fraud prevention, support, disputes, accounting or legal obligations.
You may request correction or deletion by emailing support.admiscan@gmail.com. Some limited records may need to be retained where required for security, disputes, accounting or law.
7. Service providers and sharing
AdmiScan may use hosting, database, analytics, email, payment, document-processing and AI providers. Each provider should receive only the information reasonably needed for its role.
AdmiScan does not sell student leads or personal information.
8. Security and your choices
AdmiScan uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
You can ask what information is associated with your account or support request, request correction, or ask for deletion subject to legitimate retention needs.
